– Please complete the form at the bottom of this page providing detailed information relating to your summer housing needs.
– Once received, we will send you the required documents in order to secure your group’s stay.
– Email all forms to Howard.SummerHousing@corvias.com which should consist of the following:
– Signed Conference Group License Agreement.
– Acknowledgement of summer housing costs, via a signed invoice.
– Summer Authorization Form
– A first payment or deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated group housing costs is due upon submitting the signed agreement. Payment must be paid in full via credit card, or certified check or money order at least 15 days prior to the group’s scheduled check-in date. Personal checks are not accepted.
– Once processed and accepted, we will notify you with more details on your group’s move-in.
